STEAM Centers Sensory Friendly Pop-Up Museum

Celebrate Developmental Disabilities Awareness month with us! Charmed: Gifts with Meaning, TuscBDD, and STEAM Centers are happy to present a sensory friendly, interactive day of fun for the whole family with a STEAM Pop-up Museum on March 16th 2018 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at Charmed, located at 117 West High Ave., New Philadelphia.

What is STEAM Education?
STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math) education is a nationwide initiative that creates critical thinkers, increases science literacy, and enables the next generation of innovators. It is a synergistic approach to teaching the STEAM disciplines instead of isolating them as separate schools of thought. It is the next logical step in what the STEM initiative began by incorporating art to bring the right-brain into traditional scientific thinking.
