Message from the Superintendent

Fri, Aug 7th, 2020

Good afternoon,

Tuscarawas County has moved from a Level 2 Risk Designation to Level 1 Risk Designation in terms of the state’s color-coded health advisory system! This is encouraging news for our community.

According to the local health department, The Level 1 Risk Designation means that active exposure and community spread are still present, and current health orders should continue to be followed. Moving into the Level 1 designation is a result of having fewer active cases per 100,000 residents over the last two weeks. Let’s continue to follow all recommendations so that we can continue to improve!
