TuscBDD Appoints Amy Adam as Operations Director

New Philadelphia, October 24, 2024: The Tuscarawas County Board of Developmental Disabilities (TuscBDD) is excited to announce the promotion of Amy Adam to Operations Director. Formerly the Human Resources Director, Mrs. Adam will broaden her leadership role by supporting the Business Office, Facilities department, and Information Technology department while continuing her essential work in human resources.

 With a robust background in business operations and a well-earned reputation for exceptional interpersonal skills, Amy is well-equipped for this position. Her dedication to a customer-centric approach ensures that she prioritizes people, viewing her role as a support system for both her colleagues and the community.

 “Amy has demonstrated remarkable leadership during her tenure here, particularly on projects that have significantly impacted employee wellbeing and the agency's fiscal health,” stated Nate Kamban, TuscBDD Superintendent. “Her commitment to our core values and her ability to connect with others will be invaluable as we strive to enhance our services.”

 In her new position, Amy will play a key role in optimizing operations. Her established ability to build strong relationships and her proactive problem-solving skills will greatly benefit both the TuscBDD team and the community.
