Active Day (PCS)

Active Day (formerly Person Centered Services, Inc. PCS) is a family of state-certified direct service providers. Each Active Day provides adult day supports, vocational habilitation and non-medical transportation. The individualized planning and person-centered support that we take pride in remains the center of our focus and commitment to every individual that we serve. Local roots afford individuals the opportunity to contribute to their community and connect closely with friends, peers, and other dynamic and influential community members. The goal of Active Day is to enrich the quality of life of adults with disabilities through activities and choices that empower them to be creative, conquer skills that result in a sense of worth, and enable everyone to maximize their excitement of the world around them. Active Day is now a transportation provider for athletes participating in Special Olympics. Active Day provides transportation to and from their day services for people that attend their day program. Please contact them via the information provided.
