It is the goal of SEI to help persons with developmental disabilities achieve their dreams and aspirations in partnership with their community. SEI is a Medicaid Waiver Provider providing services based upon the individual's choices within the individual's community of choice. SEI provides Adult Day Support, Homemaker Personal Care, Non- Medical Transportation, Supported Employment, Vocational Habilitation, Volunteer Opportunities, Cultural Arts, Community Involvement, Skills Training for Community Integration, Recreation & Personal Interest Opportunities, and Housing Opportunities. SEI owns and operates SEI ART ON HIGH: Gift Store. In addition to listed services, they are also a HPC and Housing Provider.
