TuscBDD Promotes Lisa Sidoti as Executive Administrative Director

New Philadelphia, September 8, 2021: At the August 2021 regularly scheduled board meeting for the Tuscarawas County Board of Developmental Disabilities (TuscBDD), members voted to approve the promotion of Lisa Sidoti to the position of Executive Administrative Director.

“Lisa is a tremendous asset to TuscBDD. Due to her extensive knowledge of Ohio Revised Code, Ohio Administrative Code, and TuscBDD policies and procedure, Lisa’s role has grown as she now assists all departments at TuscBDD in a variety of ways,” expressed TuscBDD Superintendent, Nate Kamban. “Over the past year and a half, Lisa has worked tirelessly to ensure that this agency is up-to-date on all COVID-19 safety precautions. She is also excellent at helping others and giving quality, objective feedback. This promotion is a well-deserved advancement for the dedication that Lisa has shown to this agency and to people in our community.”

Mrs. Sidoti graduated from Indian Valley High School and holds an associate degree in accounting from Kent State University. She has served as a public employee at TuscBDD for the past 24 years. “I love working for TuscBDD because I have seen the difference the DD community makes in the lives of people – I have witnessed this not only as an employee but also as a parent,” stated Sidoti. “The relationships built here last a lifetime, and I am truly blessed by the opportunity to work for such an amazing place!”
