PUBLIC NOTICE OF SALE BY INTERNET AUCTION

Tuscarawas County Board of DD hereby gives notice that it will sell a 2014 Ford Transit Connect Van (vehicle sold as-is, where-is) determined to be unneeded, obsolete, or unfit for public use. The van will be offered for sale by internet auction through the GovDeals website at www.govdeals.com. The auction will open no earlier than 6/12/26 and will remain open for bidding through 6/28/26.  Interested parties may view the full listing, terms, and bidding instructions on the GovDeals website. The van is sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties expressed or implied.  This notice is provided in accordance with ORC 307.12.
