Transition Age Youth Age 14-22
Getting ready for life after high school takes some teamwork. Post-graduation is a big change for graduates and their families. Transition Services for students are available with your SSA at ages 14-22, and TuscBDD has SSAs that are specifically trained to serve people in this phase of life.
Starting at age 14, transition services must be addressed. Curriculum and goals will be used to meet transitional needs. The IEP will require specific goals to allow students to transition into work, living, and community opportunities successfully.
